I wish I had a nickle for each time I've heard this question. My recomendation, easy. How about a Hobbico Nexstar? What's that? You already have one? Great! Here is the tricks I would start with:
Loops
Rolls
Hammerheads
Half Cubans
Immelmans
Split S
Loops with 1/2 rolls
Full Cuban 8's
Once you have these mastered, simply move the CG back a bit and increase your control throws and you can add:
Spins
Snap Rolls
Point rolls
Avalanche
Inverted spins (watch the recovery)
If you are still bored, go to the AMA web site and download the Pattern Aerobatic routines for the last 10 years, both novice and sportsman, your plane will perform 95% of these.
No, I am not trying to be a smart #!s. People quickly forget that the Sig Falcon has been used in pattern contests almost as many times as a Kaos over the years. One of the guys at my club has a Sig Kadet EP with increased throws and a bigger electric motor that he flies some pretty impressive 3D routines with.
The point is that your trainer is a great tool to TEACH you these manuvers while at the same time saving your butt when you make the mistakes that we all make when learning these manuvers. Then by all means move on to your next plane. The stick is a great choice, as is the Escapade, Sig 4 Star, World Models LA 40, or any of the other planes with a hershey bar type wing. Mind you, you will not be adding many more tricks, just embarking on the lifetime quest of doing them all with more precision. Given that you have been flying for 2 months, I think you will find the Nexstar a great teacher for all the basic aerobatics and will cost you zip! Planes like the Kaos and Super Sportster, while great flying planes, are not the best teachers and not my first choice to try your first low wing landings with.
