I haven't flown in almost 2 years and looking to start up again now that I have the time. Ive got 2 gallons of factory sealed fuel in the garage that have been there for the same amount of time. Figured since they've never been opened they should still be good to use. Would the fuel still be good to use; what do you guys think?

Yes. Your fuel should be fine. I have used fuel much older than that without any noticeable degradation.

Yes as already indicated with good seals it will be just fine.

I had some fuel stored for 14 years that was sealed. Opened it and used it a couple of years ago with no problems.

I didn't come close to 14 years, but did have a gallon that sat in the garage well over a year. I put it into a plane with a brand new OS46 and it started up right away...with no problems since.
