Covering over Resin

Will Mono Coat and Ora Coat stick to resin?
Will using Stix-It help with the process?

Depends on what type of resin. I have not had any issues applying covering over epoxy resin. Just make sure it is dust free. I have also applied covering onto a painted surface before clear coat.
