Default UM P-51 Rebuild Question

Replaced the elevator and rudder on my UM P-51. Now it has too much "up" elevator and there isn't enough trim settings to bring it flat. Is it possible to extended the thin wire linkage? Elevator placement appears to be as the original, based on before and after photos.

Thanks all

..It is hard to say with out having that plane or seeing a pic . I know on some of the smaller planes the adjustment is made by bending the thin wire . there is a little u shaped bend for that purpose . I dont know if yours has it or not. There should be some way of adjusting it .
