Can someone please help me with Prop, Motor, Battery, and Servo size. Just budget plane keep in mind.
Super Cub
Wing span is 8' by 16"
Mostly Foamy with some wood and carbon weighing in around 15 pounds.

The more I read the more I get confused so I'm going to ask you all for some help.
Thank you

A DLE35RE would fit nicely and be plenty of power. 20x8 prop should do on a Cub. You can run one lipo for the plane and engine and get 3-4 flights. It's a better idea to run two batteries with two switches. If you run two you could use a pair of 2000ma NiMh battery's if you don't have a LiPo charger. A smaller gas engine would fly it but you need the nose weight on most Cubs. Futaba servo #S3305 is a strong budget friendly servo at $35 each. the Hitec HS-645mg is another good choice at $30 each. Since you are posting in the beginners forum. Be sure and get some help. If you can already fly at least have someone look at your set up.

Is this your first ever RC plane? Cubs are a joy to fly when you have the skills, but they can be very frustrating for beginners.

Thanks guys, yes I have been flying smaller 4' Super cubs and I built a few 3d's that are pretty good,(not really into that, I like the scale look of flying) and a lot of micros for around the yard. I will be joining the same fly club my brother is in this Spring, so I will have help with this larger scale. I would just like to get this going by then. Brother has nothing this size so he cant help me plus he is all gas engines.
Just a regular Super Cub I will Post pics in a couple days.
8' by 16" wings

No problem. The servo's I recommended are more than you need for electric scale flying. But I like to use more than I need.
Best of luck with your project!
