B737 max

It's basically a 737-800 with larger engines that are mounted higher, without the flattened bottom and the dual tiplets(one roughly 30* down, the other 40-45* up) on the wingtips. I doubt you will find blueprints of it without contacting Boeing directly. You could check with Spirit Aviation in Kansas since they build the fuselage for all of the 737 series of planes

Are you asking for a set of plans to build an RC model, or are you asking for blueprints for the actual plane? I'm guessing the first one. It won't be an easy project even if you get good plans. Round fuselages take some skill to build, and then there are the nacelles, retractable gear, and any scale detailing you would do. Have you built a scale model before?

And, truth be told, the 707, 727 and 737 were/are not round. The lower fuse, up to the passenger deck floor, is one radius, the upper fuse is a larger one. I don't remember the exact specifications, just know that is the case from working on the later two.
