Default Have an engine, help me pick a plane

Well I ended up with an OS FS-91 Surpass pumped engine that will not physically fit on the plane I bought it for. Since the wife has already told me to just buy a new engine for that plane I now have this engine just laying around waiting for a plane to put it on.

The first plane is a Sig Kadet Senior, and I am using it as a trainer. What I am looking for in a second plane, it will be awhile before this second plane flies, is a acrobatic style plane. An Edge 540, Cap 232, etc... type plane.

Can anyone out there give me some advice on a plane that will be well powered on this engine?

That engine would be great in a Great Planes 60 size Extra 300.

A Stinger 60 would be a good step up for you. The plane is a very stable flier and can do aerobatics to your hearts content. The 90 would fit perfectly.

I agree with the Stinger 60. A 60 sized aerobat like the Extra or Cap might be a little more airplane than you want right now. These are good 3rd or maybe even 4th airplanes.

I agree with Minnflyer. Any plane with the same general specs as the GP 60 size would work.

Get a sig 4*60 ARF if you don't like to build. If you like to build get the BTE venture 60. Both planes fly great.

i would get the hangar 9 ultra stick .60. it will have marginal unlimited vertical, but won't be quite as hard to fly for a second plane because it is still a high wing. that is quite a sporty plane though.

If you want a cap, the Hangar 9 one is very good, as well as the Graupner Cap 232.
The Great planes Extra 300s 40 Arf will be a good choice also.
I had a Cap 232 as a second plane and I had no problem flying and landing it.
