After my 6th flight with a instructor at my local airfield. i finally soloed. it was great. Beautiful take of.f Some figure 8's and then a very soft landing.
I would like to thank everyone here who helped me. Well just everyone becuase reading your posts really helped my to gain the skills i have now. i would also link to thank hanger 9 for making the alpha trainer. it is such a smooth plane. i would also like to thank my lhs( rc country ) they have givin me a great deal of knowledge.

Congrats!

I too hope to join you soon. Got my first takeoffs and landings earlier this week (although I can't claim soft, can we say BOUNCE)

donhef good luck on your solo. it is the greatest feeling. i have flown a couple of times since my solo and all i can say is that it is worth every dime i put into it.
