The CG on my plane is 2 3/4 to 3 inches. I balanced it at the point exactly between 2 3/4 and 3 on a Great Planes CG machine. Will this be ok or should I have balanced at exactly 3 or at exactly 2 3/4? Thanks

Yes that balance point is ok. I like to have it a little nose heavy.
Balance with fuel tank embty and ever thing on it.
Most low wing planes balance up side down.
