The Goldberg Tiger 60 Deluxe I'm building calls for a 12 oz. fuel tank.
When I got the thing home from the hobby shop, it turned out that there was a 14 oz. tank in the box.
Do you think this is going to be a problem? It does fit, a little tight. Can I let that go or do I need to get that down to 12 oz?
Thank you for your time. This is forum is such a great help for me!
Peace

it is sort of a 'run of thumb' to go with teh largest tank you can fit. there are exceptions, but for teh most part, go with teh largest tank you can comfortably fit.

A fairly good rule of thumb for fuel tank size is 4 oz. per .20 CID. A lot of us like to fly a little longer so kick it up a couple of ounces. Most importantly be sure to insulate the tank from vibration with foam.
