30 min epoxy is your best bet.

Nothing but 30 min epoxy.

You need the strength of epoxy, and you need time to get it aligned perfectly.

Once it is in place, a few strategically placed drops of CA with kicker will hold it there until the epoxy sets.

All i have used on any applied epoxy joint is
6 min epoxy. I have neeeever had a bad joint.
I have done this for 33 years.
30 min epoxy will give you more working time
but is not a must.

Yes, you CAN use 6-minute epoxy, but if you're like me, a problem will arise at the last minute that causes you to break stride. next thing you know, you're scraping off the epoxy before it sets. The 30-min stuff gives a better bond, and allows extra time for unforeseen problems that may creep up.
