Has anyone modified the Sig Mini Field Boss flight box so a gallon fuel jug can be used instead of the half gallon. I like the looks of the flight box but a half gallon of fuel could be marginal. I appreciate any inputs.

My dad has that box. Get a second bottle and cap.

I have the Mini Boss and the half gallon fuel jug hasn't been a problem yet. I keep an extra jug in the car in case. I don't know what size motor you are using but 1/2 gallon can get you quite abit of flying time with a 40 to 120 size motor.

Does the mini boss need to be painted or is it already fuel proof?
