Mount the engine first!
Just joking!
I know the Tiger II sometimes just barely rests on the front wheel but something definitely has to be analyzed here. Have you done something to modify the ARF at all. Have you placed the battery receiver etc. as far forward as possible? Are the mains installed properly? Are they bent?

Yub - Can you post a picture of the underside of your plane maybe? I'm assuming you have someone to teach you to fly this. You really need someone to look at it. There is something wrong and I'm sure it's not catastrophic, but we're all guessing at the problem because we can't see what you did. All of us would really like to help you out with whatever is going on with your plane, but we need more info. A photo would be great. I know you said you don't have a digital camera, but do you know somebody who has one? Help us help you!
This plane has been around for a while, so if there were some fundamental problem with it, it would have been fixed or gone off the market.

How`s the CofG when supported at the recommended spot under the wing? If it`s close to balanced when you do that, then it sounds like a landing gear position problem you`re experiencing.
It`s just a suggestion from another beginner and may be wide of the mark. I`m interested to see the outcome.
