Now I see it all! The reason big companies get away with dishing out garbage is because you all don't care. You side for the big companies. I never asked for anything free. I just wanted them to pay for my phone calls in some way. I know their is e-mail, but what about the guy who doesn't have a computer? I don't care about getting something for free. I just want them to take a better look at their quality control and customer service. I am sorry if you feel I am putting you guys down, but it seems you just don't care. You are the ones using derogatory comments to begin with. You guys are the reason compaines will keep selling overpriced merchandice that doesn't work or contains missing and wrong parts.
