Hi I am building an EX-Treme 330 and altough I have been flying for a long time this is the first time I have had to mess with CA Hinges. I have been flying the coroplast type combat planes and they are great fun but I wanted a true 3d type plane. My qustion is how do you guys glue the ca hinges in the wing and in the controll surface with out glueing the whole lot together? The book says to use thin ca and I only have med will that work?
Thanks for your help

Med CA will not work. It wont wick in properly. The CA is thin enough it wont stick the AILE to the wing for example. Just get you gap as tight as you can while still alowing full deflection and glue it. The hobby shop I use sells some teflon applicators that work great for thin. They look like a little turkey baster. These make the job less messy.later daveo
