Maybe I am stupid, but where can I find music wire? I am building a spad and it says I need 5/32" music wire? Any help?

Music wire is used because of its mechanical properties - very strong and free of impurities & inclusions, not to mention consistent from end to end. Thus it's handy for making structural braces and landing gear.
Good luck,

Scar,
Do they actually call it music wire in a place like Home Depot or Lowes?
What department would it be in?
I don't have much faith in the people in our HD to be able to find it.
Thanks,

I doubt you'll find it at Home depot or lowe's. It's very hard wire not the type they sell which is either hot rolled or cold rolled, and much too soft. Look at you local hobby shop or order from Tower or the like.
