Buying a remote control sail boat. I was thinking of striping out the remote and parts and useing in my newly bought trainer plane. Are they the same kinda remotes

So it would not be worth it i should just buy a new setup. If the remote and things wont work with this. Or is it just parts of them i can replace with diffrent crystals or something in thouse line

You are thruthfully better off buying a complete system like the
Hitec Flash 5x. From Hobby Horse it would be about $175.00.
The servos would be the only parts you could use in a plane, plus
you would have to buy two or three more servos anyway.
