My manual for the LT40 said 3-1/2" to 4-1/4" behind the leading edge.

THANKS!I picked up a the arf new for $65 at a swopmeet.the only thing it was missing was the ins.And the landing gear.I am going to use it to drop a RC skydiver so i had to build taller landing gear anyways. Also installed a saito 72.First time trying the skydiving thing so i thought this would make a great combo for a drop plane

The beginner recommendation is 3.5" measured from the leading edge of the wing. I just flew my plane for the first time last week at this setting and it flew perfectly.
