Default Aileron Length / Gap...

How much space do you leave for a gap on either side of your ailerons before covering them?

Thanks!

Default What plane are you working on

Normally you get them as close as possible. Are you covering a kit or ARF type of aileron_bob

Default Aileron Length / Gap...

if i understand you correctly, youre wondering how much space is needed between the aileron and the wing center. usually i leave about 3/32 but there isnt any set rule.. just enough so that the aileron doesnt bind when you cover it.
