Take the plane(s) you currently have to the field. Ask someone to help you out with ONE flight on the buddy box. Probably that's all the refresher you'll need.

Having previously gained enough skill to fly Pattern type aircraft... its just a matter of regaining confidence.

Nothing will replace stick time. Use the airplane you have that is the easiest flying. Find an instructor and a buddy box. Stick with this until your confidence returns. It may take several flights but it will all come back in short order. Don't push yourself. This skill you had is still there it just need re-awakening.
