Ok so im getting ready to go flying 2 saturdays ago and i go to get my plane and i notice that the freakin elevator is uneven by alot! i mean like a quarter of an inch. I had realized the fusealauge was twisted. So i treid to straighten it out again. NO such luck. IS this thing gonna even be flyable??? O.K. bad things do happen. I assume that by "the freakin elevator is uneven by alot" you mean that the stabilizer when viewed from behind is not parallell to the wing but tilted, right?
If it's only a matter of 1/4"-1/2" you don't need to worry. For normal flight you will not notice it. If you try to loop the aircraft you will however notice that the aircraft will tend to corkscrew (which you probably won't do anyway at this stage).

Can you post a pic? There are several things you could do, but would help to see the situation before making suggestions.

i would cut out the stab, bore out the slot, fill puts some spacers in so that it is paralell to the wing and reglue.
