Default Finished first plane

I just finished it. It's an lt-40. All I have to do is put in the radio gear and the spinner/prop. Can't wait to fly it. It took about 45 hours to build. (school nights)

you cannot link your picture from your computer. you must put your picture on a host site.
in other words, you must upload your pic to a server and link from there.

the link should look like this.. http://www.yourhostsite.com/addyourpickhere.jpg

Nice plane.. However one small suggestion try to use a color scheme that makes it easy to tell at a distance whether the plane is right side up or inverted. Not ment to bash I only offer it since I two built a plane all one color and found that it was harder to determine the models orientation in the air

NICE JOB!!! Let us know how it flies for you.

(You can add some colored stripes or a large American flag on the underside of the wing to help determine orientation in flight.)

Very nice. Crashem is correct, contrasting colors do make it easier to tell the plane's orientation. One more item that I would check is your nose wheel. In the pic it appears to be way too far to the right in relationship to the rudder. Maybe it is not that way, but sure looks like it.

OOPS...me bad, just reread your post and saw that you haven't put in the radio gear yet. Disregard my wheel comments.

Nice looking plane! I hope you enjoy flying it as much as you did building it. Just be sure to double, even triple check EVERYTHING before you fly it. Also get another set of trained eyes to check it out as well. [sm=spinnyeyes.gif] I am always grateful when my fellow flyers spot something I missed that could save my plane. If your half the flyer that you are a builder you are going to be great! Good Luck!

The biggest mistake I made while building it was I built two left wings. It was very anyoning. I forgot to pull up the plane and put down the right wing plane. So I had to debond it all and rebuild it. The right wing is not as good as the left. I thought it was a big mistake.
