I don't take a lot of stuff but I believe that I'm going to start taking some bug repellant. It's pretty aggravating having gnats crawl in my ears when I'm flying.

That's TWO things, and they were both mentioned before your post- they weren't forgotten!
I sometimes bring planes that I am in the process of building to show my friends, and then let them check 'em out a week or so later to see them fly. I love kit building, and always end up swapping out the hardware that comes with the kits- I bring this stuff to the flying field to donate to some hapless soul who is in need of something quick to get back in the air.

Field first aid kit = windex, tape and a clean paper towel! Ammonia might be a little hard on you though..
I carry my stuff in seperate boxes to. If I had everything I bring in one I'd get a hernia lifting my box if it wasn't in a good lifting position.

A cell phone...JUST IN CASE...my wife calls, heh heh.
This reminds me of a question I have: my Nextel does crazy things to FM radios (I'm sure other people have experienced this), lots of interference when ringing or connected. Do these phones also do this to 72 Mhz aircraft radios? If so, can it be in the car or must it be turned OFF before parking at the field?

Slightly off the subject is the fact that my neighbor was told by his cardiologist to stay away from RC equipment, because his Internal Automatic Cardioverter Defibrillator (AICD) could go off and "ZAP" him. This has never happened to him however.
