I didn't notice it before but now on the runway the grass is probably a little longer but now i can hear the prop cut the grass,it's no big deal but green stains on the prop a couple inches,i
think i need to get the front of the plane a little higher,1 or 1 1/2",do they make a longer 5/32 spring loaded rod for this or maybe a bigger front wheel ?.I also heard i could cut the rod and use a collar to raise the frong a little.
Thanks

5_Spot,
Yep. Cut the grass.
Seriously, bigger wheels can help and I generally suggest 3" to new guys at our field. You might get away with just raising the front, but keep in mind it could also affect the way the plane takes off. (Like getting airborne too soon due to the increased angle of attack on the wing, which could cause the plane to stall.)

Just remember to keep the front wheel larger at the same ratio as the rear. IE, if the rears are 2 1/2" and the front is 2 1/4" then use 3" for the rears, and 2 3/4" for the front. Also check out the thread on landing strips....

cut the grass! If you are to lazy to do that, just use a bigger front wheel.

Five_spot, I have a LT-40 that I put a FULTZ front geat on. the nose gear raised the nose enough that I wasn't mowing a great amount of grass anymore and besides it taxied better and had better control during takeoffs. Our field is really bad too, very bumpy and the grass is not mowed too short!!! Good Luck
