if you get servos, and the RX fits i dont see why not

That plane will require micro servos and a micro receiver, and so long as they are compatable with Tower (Futaba) they should work. Keep in mind that the plane you linked to is very small, will likely be marginally powered, and will be a very tough plane to fly.

You might be better off choosing something a bit slower for your second plane, but at least that "jet" is relatively inexpensive.
