Don't take any thing for granted, Read and take to heart what these people are trying to tell you. It will save you money and give you a hobby you will enjoy for a life time!

the biggest peice of advise anyone can give you to get you to solo and fly well is buy a good trainer, then find a good club and instructor, have fun, and charge those batteries

I fly a nice SU31, its a little overweight but still is decent on my SC46, I fly and much about in the sly, I know I fly pretty well. On Saturday a guy walks up to me and tells me I should fly slower, says its not a pylon racer. Well, he IS right and I just listened to him and flew slower. Yeah ... we all have so much to learn all the time!
