Well I accidentally drilled a hole into my fuel tank and need to replace it. I contacted Sig MFG and they said the fuel tanks were back ordered and they did not know when they would be getting a shipment of new tanks from China. The tank is a 8.8oz 260cc size. I have looked all over the internet and in 5 different hobby stores and cannot find this size\shape tank.

Please help me. It looks like most tanks come in even oz sizes. Should I get an 8 oz tank or a 10oz?

You don't need the same exact tank. Any 8 or 10 ounce tank will work.

Yep, take the old tank to your local h0bby shop, if available, get one close to what you need and then cut the wood out where the tank fits until it fits like the original one.

If you don't have a local hobby shop, use a ruler to get the legnth width and height of the old tank and buy a close replacement.

Like GLflyer says, you don't have to use the same shape/size tank.
