Default Any Sugestions??

I started out with Next Star, bought a Sig 4* 60 2-3 month later. I have been flying the 4* for the last couple month. I LOVE IT. I put in a Super Tiger 75 and 13x4 prop. I didn't realize I can fly until I started flying the 4 *. I actuall find that the trainer held me back. Now I can do pretty good aerobatics and even surprized some of the guys at the field at how fast I learn.

Anyway, I would like to take all the controler/servos/.46 OS engine out of my NextStar and buy somthing else low/mid wind aerobatic. I am thinking between U-CAN-DO 3D or GP Dazzeler. I want something that is more aerobatic then the 4* but still has forgiving handling. The U-CAN-Do has a pretty low wing loading.

Can anyone else recomend a 40 size arf/kit that they realy love flying and doing aerobatics with.

Thanks.
Qwazzy.

Try Pacific Aeromodels .40 size Edge, a littl emore of a challenge than your 4*, although I don't really get what you mean by more aerobatic. The 4* will do most anything, there are planes that do certain things better, like roll faster or hover better, but you'd be hard pressed to find one quite as forgiving or docile as your 4*. The U-Can-Do is probabllly your best bet.

Great Planes Venus 40 is a beautiful flying aerobatic model. It has no bad habbits and is extremely smooth, and lands very easy. Venus will make you look like a pro and do it on the cheap. She's considerably stronger than u-can-do and much better looking. Just be prepared to get a good natured razzing from your buddies about her pink underside! Bryce

Twist!!!! Get the Twist!!!! Heck of a deal for $99. When you mount your .46 on there, mount it towards the end of the motor mount.
Twist sorta builds tail heavy. Mine is a handful in that I have had to add weight to the nose in order to balance.
Another plane to look at is the Tiger 2 from Carl Goldberg. I'm building one now. Nice low wing type of plane.
