Best eletric ARF combo to start with

I fly glow planes but have this friend that want to start in the hobby and plan to get first an eletric plane.
Any suggestion of electric ARF plane or combo to start with? He wants something more than a park flyer.

Sky Scooter Pro II RTF or Space Scooter. Elevator and aileron control, speed controller, battery, charger, and very robusto!

If starting with electric, I'd recommend something like the Aerobird Challenger. It has 3 channels vs. the 2 that many have.
Unfortunately, there's very little selection whn it comes to electric ARFS, but take a look at Hobby Lobby.

Take a look at the GWS line of planes while they are not ARFs or RTFs they are very easy to assemble and fairly inexpensive. horizon is the distributor
