Forums are Great for Information
I just recently started looking in forums because before I never really paid them any attention. Once I started reading the information, espesically on this site about airplanes, i was like wow..all this stuff really helps people. I have been sending alot of posts here lately because I am wanting to get in to the hobby. I have gotton so much information that is going to help me so much from people on here.

When I first found this site, I'd spend hours a day trying to learn as much as I could. The amount info in these forums is amazing. I'd like to thank everyone responsible for keeping RCU going.

hahaha..that is what I am doing now..Looking at it for hours at a time. I work in front of a computer ALL freaking day, so when I am slow with my work..I come right to this site and start researching

I love this site. It reminds me of the old BBS's. When they were popular (before internet), I ran a BBS. It was lots of fun and the most fun I had was on the message boards (Anyone remember FIDOnet??)
This site reminds me of the old BBS message boards. Lots of fun and WOW, you even get to talk about your favorite hobby and get to learn stuff about it too!

Whenever you ask a specific question, it may take a couple days for multiple responses to get going. During that time you can go to the bottom of the page in each forum and do a search on your subject and see what pops up.

twistr, its so much better now........no more stick characters for graphics!!!!!!!!! No more 300 baud modems!!!!!!! i think mor folks like to betch about thengs lik speling tho.

I have to agree with all in this post. I'm new too and alot of the items I have on order have come directly from the help I have received from the RCU. I 'm glad I found this site and thanks to all who keep it going and contribute.....
