Default Just Looking....

Hi all,

I was just wondering if any might have any information and or links
on information of training new members starting out with a club and
wanting to learn to fly? Something that I would be able to print and
use in training of new members:-) I'm just looking for anything that
will help ease the learning prosess.. Thanks in advance!!

there is a series of books called "getting airborne" and i dont remember who wrote them, but they were great from construction to engine, to radio and eveyrthing in between. as far as the actual learning part, i would only suggest your time, not some books.

I think you are referring to this:

Getting Airborne Vol.1 (A15802) Higley.
Thirteen chapters covering the absolute fundamentals from flying to radios to equipment installation. Focuses most on so-called ARF kits. 370 photographs. 89 pgs.; Sftbd.
$16.95

I haven't seen it though.

Download the above link, unzip it and install them. These are NOT mine but I have used them for basic flight training up to advanced aerobatics. Really good stuff

There is a Beginner's Guide on my web page. You can download the complete guide in MS Word or Adobe Acrobat format and print it out.
