I did noy generate this because I don't own a Thunder Tiger 4-stroke, but I save all technical info I find here on RCU. You can probably search and find it and the whole thread.
With a 14-6 prop.
5% - Thunderbolt 4c or OS F
10% - OS-F or Miracle plug, The Miracle plug will have slightly less RPM, at least with the weather when I used it.
15% - Miracle Plug or OS-F, Here the Miracle plug was slightly better.
20% - Miracle Plug or K&B 4C. About the same performance. This was with 20% oil, with less oil I would expect the K&B to be better.
25% - K&B. With this much nitro the K&B was about 300 RPM greater than OS-F and a couple better than the Miracle plug.
Could have been specific to my engine but I could not get a reliable idle with an Enya #3. The same plug ran great in my two strokes.

I have always used an OS "F" in my four strokes, but had trouble getting a decent idle and transition with my Magnum 52, until a club member said, "try this one". Within a flight or so the low end evened out, then the transition became smoother.
The plug was a Fox Miracle plug. So, I'd say the info Ed posted is pretty good.
