has anyone ever done any business from these people? I'm having a heck of a time getting any response from them. They have 250 dollars of mine for a saito 100, and I have nothing so far.

I'm assuming not. They are out of VanBuren, Arkansas, and trade on E-bay. They trade under the name 4mth.

I tried to search for thier name on e-bay and couldn't find anything. What was the feedback rating? Anything less than about 97 or so, I prefer to give my money to someone else. How long has it been?

Also, did you purchase the item with a credit card? If so, call your credit card company and stop the payment or iniate a chargeback. They will send the company a request to send them [the credit card company] proof that you purchased the product. There are built in protections in credit cards. You can explore your options.

Good luck.

OK...I found it. Its 4mht. Looks like a 98% feedback rating. Sells mostly R/C stuff. Looks reputable to me. I don't know about that 'coon on his shoulders, but hey, each to thier own.

Keep trying. He has 151 relatively satisfied customers. I am sure he won't keep you hanging.

Again, good luck.

Yes, thanks for the reply. I messed up their trading name, you are correct---that's him with the coon! [sm=bananahead.gif] Anyway, I've started to explore some options. What happened was I e-mailed him several times after the auction ended, and got no response. I was about to say forget the whole thing (I had not paid at this point). Then, out of the blue, he e-mailed me back. I figured maybe it was ok, and the delay in communication was because of the Thanksgiving holiday. So, I paid the man. Then, he sent me an e-mail about two or three days later saying he had sent me the package. This was over a week ago, and the store is less than 400 miles from my home. It shouldn't take that long for shipping, so I e-mailed him three times asking once again had he really shipped it. No response. I even threatened to initiate fraud processes, and still no response. This is frustrating. I have two options, one is through paypal, and the other is through discover/novus. I know I will eventually get my money back, but the whole thing sucks. Who knows, it might show up at my door on Monday, but I would like for someone to return e-mails when something like this is going on. I should have went with my gut instinct when he didn't return the e-mails before the money exchange!

If it was shipped us mail, it can take 3 days to send something next door, They don't call it snail mail for nothing.

Yes, I got ahold of the guy tonight and all is up and up. Should receive the motor early this week. I just get worried when I can't get ahold of someone, but he was out of town to a swap meet. Talked to him on the phone tonight. Real nice man. Thanks!!!

Yes. Against some advice, I'm putting it into a contender 60 series. I can't wait to see that bird fly! Man, will she ever fly! As a matter of fact, guys, I got the motor in today. Most of the confusion ended up being my fault. I apologized to the man, and he seems to be a good guy/ebayer. The coon still gets me, though! To each his own!!!

I have spent over $500 with them with. The only problem was an incorrect speed control sent which they corrected on the first call to them. I later sent the other one back I owed them. I will trust them again since they trusted me..............
Thanks

BTW- I just checked with 2SLOW, he did get the motor. The dealer had been out of town at a show and was running behind.

I also purchased a Saito 100 from him and waited a couple of weeks for delivery because he was at a show. I contacted him through EBay and he phoned me to make sure I got the engine. Would certainly do business with them again.
