Default adding a pull start

i am upgrading my lite machines 110 heli engine to a .15 engine. can i get a airplane engine and add a pull start. is there any thing i would ahve to buy besides the pull start

Don't know much about helis except what a friend of mine has. His is a big gasser and it has a pull start. He has four of the eggbeaters and all are pullstart. His smallest is a .34. Most helis seem to have a larger head for cooling. If there is a .15 with such an arrangement I'd say go ahead.
