ok , you have convinced me. can i put an arf together. i am a maint. man in a refinery so i do have a mechanical ability. then what arf should i buy, i want big with a 4 stroke

Just flew my H9 this afternoon with a ThunderTiger 54 4c. Great
combo to have a relaxing day of flying. If you want the 100" size
of the H9 Cub, then the TT 91 4c would work. Any of these arf's
are no real challenge to put together and end up with a good
looking scale plane. They do not like to be flown in a breeze much
over 15 mph without having problems putting them back on the
ground softly.
Just curious as to your location. I spent 20 + years as a piping
designer/ petro-chem model builder and made a couple of trips
to work in beautiful down river Ashland Ky. Not much area there
to fly a big Cub -- too many trees and RR tracks.
