got to fly my first solo today!!! it went real well, smooth takeoffs and landings. had a new guy helping me today. got to do some loops and right and left aileron rolls. wanted to try to fly inverted but im a little affraid. may wait till i can buddy box again. my third flight was bad, i took off and the plane wanted to roll and drop. i yelled for the guy and he took over and landed it saying something was way wrong. so heres my rookie mistake. i must have hit the rudder trim all the way to the left. guess i learned another lesson to always double check my settings before flight.

Mr Bass,
Congratulations on your solo. As an aside, something to think about for the future is a computer radio with electronic trims. One nice thing about them is that your trims can't be moved if the radio is off and when it is on, they genreally beep when shifted.
Nice job calling for help and saving the plane! Alot of people (like me) would have stuck it out all the way to concrete poisoning!
