Ive mounted my wing to the fuselage and now have discovered its 3/16" out of square, also the stab is 1/4" out of level. Will this cause problems in flight or is this within tolerance? Thanks Cigarmike/

Yes,ive picked a point on the rear of the fuse to use as a center point for measureing. When i measure to this point im about 3/8" heavier then the other side, which would make the wing say roughly 3/16" out of square,is this within tolerance?i also leveled the fuselage the best i could and put a torpedo level on the stab,it looks like its out of level now about 1/4"

When you refer to out of level do you mean the right side is higher or lower then the left side or is the front higher or lower then the back. if the side is higer or lower then when you change elevation it will have a tendency to corkscrew. this can be fixed by cutting the stab away from the fuselage on one side and jamming and glueing between the fuse and the stab to level it out. If the front to back incidence does not match the front wing or is not set proper to the plans stated incidence then the plane will require aditional up or down trim to fly properly. you can get away with a little off but the plane will never fly great. A computer radio can have mixing put in everytime you use the elevator to also input a little aileron but this is not a good way to fly. I suggest you verify the stabilizer problem first because in my opinion it will effect you the most and check its incidence angle to the wing.
