Been 13 years, a wife, a son (adopted), a house, two dogs, a cat and bills out the wazoo but I'm finally back into R/C
I was flying pattern birds when I gave it up as a single guy and starting over with a trainer arf for practice
I really didn't know how much I missed it till I started back into it, now I'm hooked to for a long time! already got 2 kits on order
and can't wait to fly the trainer. soon as my radio gets here..
BTW its a World Skyraider Mach I with a ST .51 and eventually a Fut 9CAP soon as fedex drops it off

Yep, I'm going on the cord for the first time, been sim flying a bit and thats ez enough to t/o and land
so I'm thinking one trip on the cord will do. My next kit on order is a goldberg Tiger 2 coming with the radio and I'll order an OMP yak here in a couple of days .Actually all it took to get back into R/C whas a whiff of the sweet smell of glow fuel burning.......
(and a yes from the wife)

Welcome back, Steve!!
Did the same about a year ago after a fifteen year hiatus, and am still figuring out the changes in radios and engines
The hobby has REALLY improved in the last decade or so!
Cheers!
