Default bad aerobird crash! need help fast!

My first bad crash was yestraday. The tail came lose, sending it into the ground, breaing the wing.
I replaced the wing, and went to fly again that same afternoon. It wouldn't climb! I went home, replaced the tail, and went back the the field the next morning. Wouln't climb! I titened the front screew of the tail, and it still didn't climb.

I am now looking at it. I have a hollow fuse from an old aerobird. The boom seems to be coming out of the pod at a downward angle, compared to the hollow, new fuse. should i switch all my electronics to the hollow fuse?

thanks.

I have a Challenger and a SCout and they both have had the boom come out of place. You can SNAP it back in place, then drill a hole (horizontally) in the forward most point where it attaches in the little CLIP part and run a ziptie through it. That should work very well I have it on mine.

On my scout I just keep snapping it back. I noticed that time after time it kept diving down in the ground, because the boom was bent down like 10-20 degrees.
