Default Power supply question

I am trying to buy a 12 volt power supply to power my Hobbico quick field charger MKII at home. The one I am looking at has a 3 Amp continuous output. Is this enough or should I look for something with A higher output?

Thanks for the help

Do a search. [sm=tired.gif] There are too many threads to count on this subject. There you will find names and figures for ones you can buy and tons of info on ones you can make.

Default RE: Power supply question

Are you charging tx and rx flight packs, or full flight packs (for electric flyers). If you are only charging your tx and rx, then the 3A PS will do fine. If you want to do flight packs, then there are more potent ones out there. I got one from Pyramid for cheap $$ (for 20A power supplies, anyway).

However, if you are charging at home, it might go easier on your batteries if you just used the wall charger.
