You have a 165 hp snowmobile? That's incredible--really--incredible. My four wheeler is about 13 hp, and has plenty for me. I know snow is a bit harder to plow through, but 165 hp? That's more than a lot of cars, and some small pickups!

I read though the messages and didn't see any mention of tapered bore. Oh, well, hopefully it helps someone, thats about the only good reason to post anyway.

Yea, the sled is pretty dang fast, it will lift the skis at 50mph. After tuning on it for 2 seasons, I'm getting pretty good with 2-strokes and carbs. Once I figured out where all the mixture settings where on my .46FX it only took me 10 minutes to have it running real nice. Once my tach shows up I'll start some prop testing.
Always remmber the 7 Ps: Piss poor preparation promotes piss poor performance.
