Not soloed the nexstar yet (crazy life....no time to really get to feild, hope someone has a buddy box....etc, and cant afford my own yet really)
So after having flown the nexstar twice (second flight was takeoff, patern, inverted, loop, land --- unassisted), plus i want to wait for my best freind to pick his up so we learn together....i went and got a Stryker (I dont want to here the instructor bit, or the no flying wing unless your experienced bit) and flew it through 4 charges with no problems other than some launching issues in the beginning...
It he break the nose in 2 spots (not on the joint though, once in front of the joint, and once behind, when i let my buddy fly it...but both of those were do to inexperience (i knew he would crash it...but i also know the bodies are only 20 bux and i already have 2 more in my closet, getting ready to be painted)
As for my flights, they were flawless, one good scare but i saved it at about 10 feet up...and all of my landings were perfect (flying in a feild thats grassed with about 3-inch bluegrass...its like landing on a pillow)
Anywho...now that the rush is over...im stoked
by the way, im in no way telling someone to jump into a Styker...i have spent well over 100 hours in G3, and alot of that was with the slinger...

by the way, anyone know if any of the changeable (i forget the term) TX will work with the gear in the Stryker....i would like to move to a real TX (though the throttle slider isnt as unnatural as i thought it would be) and am building a 4*60 so im going to be getting my radio gear soon...

Its got plenty of speed....i would estimate 45-50 level, and much much faster in a dive (u can see the wings bend when pulling up)
Maybe old motor or batts or not broken in right....
