Anybody know where i could find free autoCAD plans for a good electric trainer plane?

Check out the scratch build forum on here, at the top of that is a sitcky thread for links to free plan web sites

Yeah i am going through that, I dont know really what to look for in a trainer. I have heard top wing.

Look for a high wing design with a flat bottom airfoil and some dihedral. A good idea is probably to have a look at say Tower's website at what trainers they have on thier to get an idea on what to look for.
