I'm out of idea's, what would cause my edge to pull so hard when i give it any elevator input? both elevators pull equal amounts but when I pull bad the plane will do a barrel roll pretty quickly.

Looks like you are getting a snap roll. Most likely from too much elevator throw. I am an expert on that..... don't ask me how I got to be so smart. Mine was an Edge, too. Come WAY down on your throw as an experiment, and start increasing to the point where you like the response and so does the plane. I bet you will be surprised to find how little movement it takes to fly the plane really well. Good luck.
