RC Combat

im not an expert and maybee someone else can give you more details. but rc combat is a competition. there are certain size and specs for the planes. like 6 to 10 planes are all launched at one time. each plane has streamers attached to them. the planes dogfight and try to cut each others streamers. and i believe that points are awarded for full, and partial streamer cuts as well as how much streamer is left on your plane. i belive there are some videos here. do a forum search for combat videos.

They may not be the best, but you ought to get a general feeling from them.

You tie the streamers on. Cut them with the prop, they also put sticky stuff on the wings to grab a chunk if the wing touches it. Each streamer cut is points. Every foot of streamer you land with is points. Flying till the final horn is points.
All the planes and engines are standardized so its mostly pilot skill. Its a hoot to watch but ALOT to keep track of when your flying. Thankfully packing tape and epoxy can rebuild one of these planes in about 10 minutes.
