Hi Luke, i have no experience with the Jupiter, but the Corsair is no good for a second plane [&:] it's unstable, snappy and it will fall to the ground like a rock on stall at low altitudes []

My choice for the perfect second plane is the World Models T-34 Mentor, after you master it you can give the corsair a shot (on a buddy box for safety )

Cheers
Joseph

Luke : I've had a couple Jupiters and still have one that I fly regularly, it's been around awhile now about 5 years I think. They are great planes and when balanced and trimmed they fly SUPER. They can fly slow or fast no big deal. As far as a second plane -- YES especially if you have spent some good time on your trainer. They are taildraggers so that will take a bit of getting used to but again no big deal. They are very smooth fliers and can be very fast. Slow flying is a dream and will surprise you, don't forget that you can hook up flaperons just by adding the extra servo in the servo tray as long as you have a computer radio.
Now as far as an engine goes I use OS 46's and swing 11/ 5&6 props. I just started using the 11/5 and it does a great job.
Now as far as Aerobatics go: You bet ya they can, in fact mine has never been up that I don't do at least 1 tumble end for end and I love the way it comes out of an inverted flat spin. Of course all this is after you get used to it a bit. Loops, inside and out, square loops, diamond loops. rolls fast and slow, cuban 8's, rolling circles you name it this plane will be a real friend to you.
Needless to say, I like the JUpiter and am surprised there aren't more at the fields, they are great planes. All Snowbirds should have one, they take a heck of a beating.
By the way for you folks in the states you can see the Jupiter at: falcon-trading.com. ENJOY !!! RED
