GWS ICS issue

I have the ICS400 speed control. When it is not plugged into the reciever is it supposed to go full throttle when the battery is plugged in?

It would probably do that. The ESC needs the input from the RX to know what to do.

you should never plug it in till you connect to the receiver and allways 1st switch on the tx!!.
