Ive always used futaba flight packs for my planes. tower sells them for 120. and ive been able to buy them off market for around 90. my question is are there other flight packs out there that are as good as what ive been buying for less money. or is 90 to 100 for a futaba flight pack as good as it gets. the ones ive been buying have the s2004 servos with the 7 ch. rx. ni/cad batt. and extension and switch.

I have used the HiTec flight packs for quite awhile now. While there are folks that will say they are no good, I have had absolutely no problems with mine (well, I did strip the gears in one servo - my fault though ).
I can usually get a HiTec pack (7 channel switchable receiver, 4 standard servos, switch harness and 600 mah battery ) for $90. When they are on sale I have gotten them as low as $75.

I've got several Airtronics, a couple of Hitec and two Futaba... can't say I notice much difference between them....other than the Hitec are cheaper.....

I use hitec radios and servos and they have repaired any servos with crash damage free! Got www.hobbyhorse.com is where I purchase all mine.
