I am new to flying. Friend at flying park suggests me to change from 3-blade prop to 2-blade. I found that the prop shaft of my evlution 61 is bigger than a prop I bought (12-6 graupner). Am i having the wrong prop or it need to be drilled to fit? Please advise.

Nope, you don't have the wrong prop. You just need to enlarge the hole on the prop. Yes, you can drill the hole out but I wouldn't recommend it. It's easy to get the hole off center which will throw you prop out of balance. If you can try using a prop reamer to enlarge the hole. Just remember that the reamer only cuts in one direction, so don't turn it backwards. You can find them at Tower hobbies with this link [link]http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXK248&P=7[/link]
Hope this helps

You can drill the prop out to the proper size or you could use a prop reamer.
Here is a link to some prop reamers.
