Hello Guys,
I am planning on using a lipo battery instead of those double A or triple A batteries and need a lipo regulator to convert 11.1 volts to 6 volts for the servo's. What are good ones I can use for agood price? Thank you.

NJ,
11.1 volts (3 Cell) is somewhat overkill. I would use more likie 7.2 or 7.4 (2 cell). They are cheaper for the same size as in the 11.1 version
Here is the regulator I use

There are others, so I'm sure others will chime in also

Why do you want to use Lipo cells to power a radio system? They are fragile, reguire a dedicated charger, cannot be charged unattended, must be removed from the model for safe charging and are expensive.

Good point Dsegal and I totally agree but I'm thinking of keeping the least amount of weight in my airplane, actually regulators have charging switches included like a regular switch, I only have 3 planes so if all my planes have 1 lipo 2 cell 1000 mah each i would only need 1 charger, also I beleive lipo batteries last alot longer than nimh and nicd. I could be mistaken and that is why i'm asking questions and figure out what i'm going to do depending on cost and whats the best possible route to go. so I'm doing some research.
